In 2016, after 15 years of renting other camp facilities, Camp Taylor realized a long-term goal by closing escrow on land to build their own camp facility. They purchased a Camp Taylor also worked diligently to secure a conditional use permit from Stanislaus County that procured the proper permits to develop the new camp facility. Throughout 2018 & 2019 the organization is attentively working to raise the needed capital and begin rehabilitating buildings and mobilizing new construction. picturesque 22 acres of land nestled along the San Joaquin River in Modesto, California.
