BECOMING AN ADULT DOESN'T MEAN LETTING GO OF YOUR CAMP TAYLOR FAMILY
The Young Adult Program creates a safe and supportive community for young adults with CHD ages 18 - 35 to meet, share and gain resources to transition to adulthood. YAP offers collaborative educational components and opportunities to participate in social events. Previous heart campers that are now adults and new friends are invited to stay in touch with Camp Taylor family through this program.
2019 Program dates will be posted in January.
